"My car broke down in Cleveland, TN. Saturday evening. No auto shops open until Monday. Top Tech opened at 7:30 and had my diagnosis by 7:50. Great, friendly, professional service. We were on the road to MI by 10 am, which included going to a tire store and getting new tires."

"I've had two cars worked on in the last two weeks. The first had a reoccurring battery problem. They fixed that the right way where other places in Cleveland did not. Second car had a very noisy brake problem, they examined the brakes and told me my pads were good and had half their life remaining. The new pads had been installed less than two years ago at the ford dealership here in Cleveland. They did not put any grease on the pads so they are going to make noise. They are very honest and do quick, cost efficient work. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for all four of my vehicles."
