"TL;DR: I love this place! I trust them with my car! They've done such a great job! My family lives in Knoxville, I live in Chattanooga. I was fortunate to find Top Tech when my old and much loved Subaru sputtered out on the interstate near the Top Tech exit halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville a few years back. The tow truck recommended Top Tech. I was unfamiliar with the area and very emotional about my car. I've been lied to by mechanics in the past, and I'm usually hesitant about handing over the keys to my (old) baby Subaru. The first visit was a few years ago, they fixed me up, and I was blown away by the considerate service, fast service, and affordable estimate! They did such a great job, that nothing, nothing, went wrong with my car for a few years. My Subaru is 17 years old, so this week, it had its second visit at Top Tech. I drove all the way to Cleveland from Chattanooga, because I trust the work of this family. The drive was well worth it. I was worried about my brakes, my exhaust, a mysterious rattle, and I asked them to take a look at everything and let me know how bad the damage may be. As last time, the service was excellent, the service was fast, and they were very honest about what was wrong and what was not. To my pleasant surprise, the service/repair was more affordable than I had imagined. Picking up my car this morning felt like coming home to my dog; I was so happy to have my Subaru back and running. I'm so thankful that I found this shop!"

"I'm from out of town it's a Saturday and when I got to Cleveland to visit my son, my starter decided it was done. Had a guy tow my car told him I wasn't familiar with the area recommendation please. Top Tech opened Monday morning and as we walked in the door he said he was just about to call. He took great care and sped the process up as much as he could even though we had to wait for the part to be shipped. Thanks Top Tech"
